Aster & Aura Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aster & Aura. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@asteraura.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- We will respond to all return inquiries on the same or next business day.
- We will process the refund once items have been received and inspected.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the steps below:

Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@asteraura.com to initiate an exchange. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Our team will provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- We will respond to all exchange inquiries on the same or next business day.
- We will process the exchange once items have been received and inspected.

Processing Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will send out the replacement item(s) at no additional cost to you.
- If the replacement item(s) is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@asteraura.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
