Shipping & Delivery

We pack and process our orders on the same day or within 1 business day of your order. Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day when there are public holidays and weekends.

All orders are processed within the same or 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Australia Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer AU$10 flat rate shipping to Australia and New Zealand. This is express shipping.

Free express shipping is available on orders over AU$30

Local Pick Up

Please note that local pickup in Melbourne is not currently available. If there are circumstances please send us an email at info@asteraura.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free international express shipping will be available for orders over AU$100.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aster & Aura is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@asteraura.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
